Studio Policies

By enrolling in piano lessons at E.V Piano Studio, you agree to the following terms and studio policies.

Lesson Commitment

Piano lessons are offered on a weekly basis. Consistent attendance is essential for progress. Students are expected to attend lessons at their scheduled time each week.

Cancellation Policy

24-hour advance notice is required for all cancellations. Lessons cancelled with proper notice may be rescheduled as a makeup lesson, subject to availability. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows may be forfeited.

Payment Terms

• Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month
• Single lessons are due at time of booking
• Semester packages require full payment upfront
• Late payments may result in a late fee

Practice Expectations

Students are expected to practice regularly between lessons. Progress depends significantly on consistent practice at home. Practice recommendations will be provided each lesson.

Studio Conduct

Students and families are expected to treat the studio space and equipment with respect. Parents/guardians are welcome to observe lessons or wait in the designated waiting area.

Withdrawal from Lessons

30 days written notice is required to withdraw from lessons. This ensures proper scheduling adjustments and allows time to offer the slot to waitlisted students.

Liability

E.V Piano Studio is not responsible for injuries that may occur on the premises. Students and families are responsible for their personal belongings.

Photo/Video Consent

Recitals and studio events may be photographed or recorded. Please notify us in writing if you do not consent to photos/videos of your student being used for studio promotional purposes.
